Homemade Strawberry Shortcake

Cake Ingredients:

3 cups cake flour 1 Tbsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup unsalted butter, softened 1 3/4 cup granulated sugar 3 large eggs 2 large egg yolks 1 1/4 cups milk 2 tsp vanilla extract

Sift cake flour into a mixing bowl.

Preheat owen at 350F and bake about 25 minutes

Cut the cake into halves

Prepare the strawberry and blueberries. Put strawberries between the two halves of the cake.

Cool frost with Strawberry Cream Cheese Whipped Cream.

Bake almond for 10 minutes. Decorate the cake with strawberry, almond, blueberry and mint leaves
